Terms and Conditions of Use - TRAVELME Ambassador Program

This document constitutes the legal agreement (“Terms”) governing participation in the TravelMe Ambassador Program (the “Brand”). By registering for the Ambassador Program, the ambassador (“You”) acknowledges having read, understood and accepted all of the following terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Canada or another country where commissions can be legally paid. TravelMe reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the program at any time.

2. How the program works

Each ambassador receives a unique promotional code that allows them to generate sales. Commissions are calculated on net sales made through this code, according to the percentage determined by the Brand.

3. Payment of commissions

  • The minimum amount to make a payment is $50 before taxes.
  • As long as the minimum accumulation threshold is not reached, the commissions remain in cumulative balance.
  • Once the threshold is reached, payment will be triggered and processed within 1 to 7 business days.
  • Payments are made by bank transfer.
  • The ambassador is responsible for declaring his income in accordance with applicable tax laws.

4. Self-promotion and restrictions

  • The ambassador cannot use their own promotional code for personal purchases.
  • Any fraudulent use of the code, including but not limited to:
  • codes shared on public coupon sites
  • false orders
  • Manipulation of the system will result in the immediate revocation of the program and the cancellation of commissions.

5. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

Ambassadors may use the visual elements/logos/names provided by TravelMe exclusively for brand promotion within the program. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Behavior and Public Image

The ambassador must represent the brand professionally, respectfully and in line with TravelMe's values.

Any behavior deemed discriminatory, offensive, illegal, defamatory, deceptive, or unethical may result in the termination of the partnership.

7. Duration and termination

TravelMe may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the program, with or without notice. In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, TravelMe reserves the right to revoke ambassador status and any outstanding commissions.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

TravelMe may update these Terms at any time. Your continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By registering for the TravelMe Ambassador Program, you acknowledge and accept all of the above conditions.
