Refund Policy

At TRAVELME, customer satisfaction matters. However, due to the nature of our products, certain conditions apply to returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

1. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, all self-tanning products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been delivered, even if the product has not been opened.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Email us at support@travelme.co within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include a clear photo of the damaged item and your order number.

  • Our team will review your request, and if the damage is confirmed, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.

Please note that return or additional shipping costs are not covered unless TRAVELME confirms an error or defect on our part.

 

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, no cancellation or refund will be possible.
